Anyone here have an Operator Manual or any instructions for Electisan Falcon F350? I just acquired an excellent working Electisan Falcon F-350. No 3rd party lock. Just press the power button and go. And that leads me to the issue. Anyone can press the button and go. Shouldn’t these have an app to unlock them? I can’t find any instructions - I just figured out the 3 modes and light on\off. There is no Electisan website. I am stumped. I think these are from Okai, but thier app doesn’t seem compatible. Bird used these scooters, but mine does not have a fleet device. Maybe it was a demo to build a fleet? I wiped it down, charged it, pressed the power button and rode it. This scooter is nice!!!
