CNC frame E-light cross qs165, ND72360

Hello. I present my construction made completely from scratch. It is an electric cross bike with a MIDDRIVE engine. Surron-like geometry. Frame drawn in Corel and milled from 7075 aircraft aluminum (10mm body, 20mm swingarm).

Fardriver ND72360 controller (190A/360A-13kWmax) currently set to 120A/240A
QS165 engine + Surron gear + 58 rear sprocket
DKD display
The battery was made on Samsung 40T cells in the 18s9p 36Ah configuration, the second battery under construction on NMC LG Chem E61v 60Ah cells.
Front suspension Fastace ALX13RC (200mm)
Rear shock absorption FOX VAN Performance 2018 241/76 (230mm)
Magura estop MT5 brakes with 200mm discs
19" moto wheels with 70/100 tires
Weight approx. 65 kg

With the current Vmax settings of 80 kmh, it climbs hills very nicely

Construction cost (parts) approx. PLN 13,000.

Very professional looking job, and a fine example of high dollar cnc/bolt together construction. I'd move this to the motorcycles section though.
