Help Cosmo 2 E Scooter conversion what's the very best(willing 2 pay the right person 2 professionally attach clips 2 new controller) SERIOUS!!No time

Guys take it easy on me, after being on this forum for the past 4 hours I realized I dont know jack shit. I really need help here I bought a storage unit that came with an electric e scooter called the cosmo 2 made by Veo the only thing wrong it has no display battery back still good after getting the tiny controller out of there I need recommendation on what is the best controller I can put in this thing Im looking for top speed of 45 to 50 money is not an issue nit rich but came up on a pretty nice scooter so I dont mind spending a few bucks on this thing its an old VEO company rental scooter I called them they said if there is no GPS and i read them the serial number they said its not coming up in there data base so means its legally mine. I need help i know nothing other then what i have read here i know i want to make this thing fast but i want to do it right any suggestions would be great here is the questions I have for now. #! whats the MAX Voltage controller that I can put in this thing ? What about as far as battery goes do i keep the one thats in here or can I upgrade or do i have to upgrade it to reach my desired speed of 50 mph if that's all possible??? does anyone know any compatible lcd that goes with a good controller I know for sure im gonna have to cut some of the metal to get a bigger controller in there but there is plenty of room There is only 4 wires that were hooked up to this thing i will attach pics of the old controller and the wires if anyone can guide me to where to buy or send off my controller to have them rewire it because i dont have a diagram of what wire is what since it was a rental before i dont know if there are wires that i dont need or need to make it run again and not just run i want to make this hall ass! please im open to any and all suggestions from where to buy the things i need to any experience anyone has had with one of these THANKS IN ASVANCE
P.S the controller in the pics that i will be attaching #! is the controller that was in the cosmo 2 when i got it #2pic is an extra controller my buddy had I will not be using this he said its pretty generic im not trying to go the same speed as it did stock lol Thanks ahead of time also does anyone know of any professional place that i can send my controller off to and have them do like a plug in play for me if i shipped them the controller any city is fine just want it to work and i dont have alot of spare time to mess with wires willing to pay the right person to professionally attach connectors to my controller SERIOUS OFFERS ONLY

I wouldn’t attempt to upgrade it. I see a bunch of these around parked on corners for rent. I wouldn’t recommend going more than 20mph on one, which is why it’s limited to 15 mph. Brakes suck (front drum), so going faster would be nuts, but luckily with only a 500w hub motor it won’t go much faster than would be safe on that thing anyway.
