I find it pretty safe to buy on aliexpress. They have buyer protection, and if you pay with mastercard you can be sure to recover your money when the seller is a crook.
Yet, we usually prefer to avoid the troubles and delays of a claim. Buy from a reputed seller who has a long sale history and lots of feedback. This one has none, as far as I can see.

They do have protection, but don't let the seller use up the dispute period with nice emails offering to help. When the deadline passes, he then goes dark and you cannot even leave bad feedback.
1) No mention of battery cell type, just Samsung 18650.
2) States 3500mAh but again it states 2500mAh. 3500mAh in the title, 2500mAh in the Item Specs.
3) A battery useful info would be Wh not W, I did not see no discharge amperage which would have been a better statement to make then just Watts. Only states it has a 50A BMS. States charging current of 2A, but looking closer they say recharging, but its really the charger that you get with the pack. Then states Max charge 10A, standard charge 5A.
4) You have to scroll way down to find 40A is the discharge, down to the picture section and a picture of the Product Properties.
The ad states this too
