Anybody find verified sources for these new Panasonic NCR18650PF LiNiCOMnO2 cells ?

Some info I gathered:

same heat layer and internal safety as the CGR/CH.
The NCR18650PF's chemistry is LiNiCOMnO2, the addition of manganese makes this cell a real INR/ICR/IMR Hybrid
slightly higher internal resistance than the PD, but is supposed to run very cool at higher amps, has a slight improvement in voltage drop, bout 50 more mah and is supposed to have a higher cycle performance
18A drain in 5-6 second intervals
Capacity is rated at 2750mah minimum 2900mah maximum
The original release came out in gray jackets, but can now be seen in the green jackets

I haven't taken the plunge, but here are sources, I have no idea if they are real or fakes or any experience with the sellers..

NCR18650PF price:4.44USD/pcs

Then there is fasttech with $13.62 for 2 pack + free shipping, and low as $12.56 for 5x 2-packs

I have a LiNiCOMnO2 bike. I call it Li-NCM because the long form of the acronym is ridiculous.

Well the price at fast tech just went down to 11.5$ for two pcs . estimated cost 1.5$ delivery cost by swispost that leaves them with about 4.25$ that is a good price, and take in to consideration that if you will order a big number of cells from a supplier in china the batteries will arrive quick but you probably will need to pay custom tax and vat depending on what country you live in.
for me i think i will stay on the safe side and order a few packages of 10-12 units . to many units in one delivery and they wont enter because my dear government of israel will assume im selling them and ask me to pass the batteries a safety standard and tests . so i will just weld them together manually , try to use a hot powerful soldering iron not to cock the chemistry in them. i use to use up to now the panasonic ncr18650b that were not bad , not exactly as good as the discharge tests on the net but they are still working after a year with a discharge once a day. now i just need more power and since i dont want to carry a 5 kg battery i think i will try this model , its a bit cheaper than the ncr18650b but i hope it will work well and last many charges.

unfortunately they dont ship to israel i hope that will change . but i found a great shop called dealmetic they sell there ncr18650a 2pcs for 6.4$ plus 1.2$ delivery per battery and sanyo ur18650fm two pcs for 4$ . isen't it unbelievable price !!! . i got batteries from them in the past and they were perfectly good !

Nice find ranriegler
My contact in China has them listed at $3.78 each

i got one on e bay and it tested very good quality
many batteries like ncr18650b were lower power than the discharge graph on the net but this battery was perfect. it took constant 7a and not so hot, i think i will use the holders spacers for a battery pack if i will want it to work at high amp.
the fast-tech did not ship batteries to israel but i found nkon.nl in holland that will ship for the same price. the best store i know for 18650 is dealmetic but they wont sell pf only ncr18650a and sanyo fm , the fm is so cheap only 3.2$ per cell including shipping and i hered that its discharge is more flat curve , so its all about what you need, if you need a battery that will discharge in15 minuts and you have a wight problem you would choose the pf

Could you let me know what discharge tests you refer to? Would you say you were getting worse results than these here http://www.dampfakkus.de/akkutest.php?id=141 or here http://www.dampfakkus.de/liste_akkus.php for NCR18650B?
Also I'd be interested what's the capacity after a year of use (and what was discharge current).
