Sevcon gen4 configuration file

I'm trying to upload a configuration file (dcf) to a sevcon gen 4 unit.
I'm using the DVT Customer program.
It gives a lot of errors "Failed writing..." and at the end it gives also the following warning:

Perhaps a DCF file from a different size GEN4 unit?

Have you checked if the Firmware is up to date??

You can open the dcf with any txt editor and check the firmware version of that file... it should be lower or equal than the firmware of the sevcon firmware.
