Switching bike to cells from a Hundai Kona recall ( LG pouch cells )

There are some sellers that sell 3P cell blocks from a recall of Hundai Kona EV's that had a flaw in the pack design. I'm going to separate the 3P units and make a 13S pack for my bike. Price for these works out to $15 per cell , each cell is 300mm long and 60Ahr. Anyone else see these cells on the market ? It make be only some regions that allowed the cells to end up on the market, I suspect.
