hey
yesterday i built bike for friend and here is what i have encountered on my way . normally i use 110bcd 36t chainrings on mtb bikes and screw them on original spider using washers from inside to get better chainline BUT , new tsdz2B has wider this outer ring with gasket and chainring goes few mm too deep from outside and will not rotate at all ... for now i had to cut chainring a little , will see what happes when target chainring arrives (NW36T aluminium)...

apart from this it flashed fine , and im not sure cranks have less friction rotating ...

Thank you for these "real life" pictures of the Tsdz2B

I had this also seen on the German forum and mentioned it in the main Tsdz2 tread.
Your pictures give a good overview what you can expect if you want to change something.

Can you tell more about the doubleclutch? Does it make some difference when biking with or without support?

About flashing...
I understand PSW Power still has the old flashable controller inside the Tsdz2B
Till now imho only Enerprof sells always the new non-flashable controller.

Imho in the past also PSW Power has sold a few non-flashable controllers, but with these the speedlimit could be disabled, which is not the case anymore with the Enerprof version.

seems same to me ....

hey
I've had a problem with new tsdz2b motor . it broke and I've discovered broken tooth on BIG gear ...then nylon gear was broken obviously also ...
so I decided to swap parts from older motor I had on the shelf . nylon gear with shaft and big gear seemed to fit fine but when turned on , motor seems to have hard time rotating ...I hardly believe they have changed the housing also and old parts will not fit ...?? what do you think guys?

see video ,hear the noise...
