Its also bluetooth but not too much feedback on it

Im more focused on this one because I need a 200A or 300A one

I have one with the same brand name "ant". So far it is good.

According to one seller from Aliexpress, one App is good for all models. He also will email the Apps to you even if you are not buying it. I had tried that and got the Apps from him/her. Try to search the bms from Aliexpress again and find that seller and get the most updated Apps. It should be easier than searching the 100 pages in ES. If you really could not find it, tell me and I can send you the Apps I got from him/her I got several months or 1 year ago.

Better IMO to get contactor(s) capable of easily handling your ampacity requirement.

Then use the BMS to control the contactor.

Lets you choose a BMS based on features and reliability rep

rather than guessing whether their FET specs are genuine or not (they're not)

Not familiar with that model, but I am using the 7-20S 400A model from the same seller to push 220A without issues so far.

The one for iphone is called ANT BMS. Go to App Store and key in ANT BMS and search. You will find it but part of the name is in Chinese.
