If you could be a bit more clear and use sentences it could help with understanding what's going on.
The way things are presently stated, It sounds like this (if any of htis is incorrect, please restate the correct information clearly, step by step):
--you got the scooter(?) (new? used?) the day before it failed. Or it was acquired at an unknown time and then sometime between then and now, you used it for one day without problems (?) before it failed.
--The failure is that the throttle jammed (stopped moving) and the wheel stopped moving 5 seconds after the throttle jammed (is the motor stuck, jammed, or just not operating because of the jammed throttle?).
--To try to fix it you turned the battery off (for how long?) then it began moving on it's own (throttle still jammed?) at some unknown speed, then turned itself off after 5 seconds, so different from the intial failure where the wheel just stopped moving after 5 seconds.
--You got (bought?) a (new? used?) 48v battery and a new rear hub (motor? wheel? ???) and a new unspecified chinese controller (honestly, they are almost all made in China), and presumably changed out the original parts for these new ones in some unspecified way.
--Now the system still doesn't work, but has a different problem than the original, where it is reversing (spinning backwards?) *and* jerking *and* not moving, which cannot all be true at the same time.
Sounds like a lot of details have been left out that we will need to know to help you fix this problem. Please state everything that has been done, every step, clearly and separately, so we don't have to guess and tell you to do things that will cause further problems or waste time, money, etc.
