Out of interest would adding an annalogger be the way to look at all the signals to diagnose the issue. I find mine varies the output when pedalling at a constant speed and effort. You can be going along at 300W and then suddenly up to 900W and then back again and i cant quite diagnose what...

I have a Crystalyte H3525 UFO and a heatsink set. Noting that Grin talk about installing thermal pads to make up the diameter so the heatsink fits, does anyone have a recommendation for the spec of the pads?

If you still have problems I can recommend the SAW20 that comes with the brompton kit that they do. I have only 30 miles on mine but it is very impressive. 25mph no problem apart from shaking everything else on the bike off....

Having just installed Grin's kit on my brompton (brilliant - but more on that later) however you do it the bottom bracket torque sensor wire is going to be rubbed by the rear wheel when folded. so here is a link to the 3d printed cover I made in case anyone needs to print one...
