Looking good. For the cooling vents ,how about having a scoop through the headstock like on sports motorbike? You could mount the dash and a light on it too? :shock:

Large section heat shrink would probably do the job?? :D

Think it said it was limited to 500w/ 45kph so as to be legal with the potential for more up to 100kph :D

Is that frame design basically a unified rear triangle system, found on the cheapest mtb's? If you ever have to pedal it its bob up and down something awful? :shock:
