I tried that, however according windows that driver is up to date. I tried today under XP no problems at all. Regardless of the COM Port i choosed. The only thing is that i once read, that the failure message 8020 often refers to a problem with one of the MSCOMCTL.OCX files that have to be...

Lyen Controller Software bug under win7 - SOLVED

Hi i checked the device manager and it says COM 13. Since i can only choose from 1,2,3,4,5 in the program i had to enter COM 13 manually. I assume that this is the problem but on my system COM Ports 1,2,3,4,5 are already blocked by windows. So maybe i have to reconfigure that somehow. Don´t...

    New Crystalyte Motor series (HT35 / HS35 and HT24 / HS24)

This is a sensorless solution but i don´t have any problems at all. http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=29731&start=15 I run 16S A123 and 2KW continous. The motor gets a little bit warm. Mine has almost no exterior air cooling since it is covered. I couldn´t tell what AWG...

    New Crystalyte Motor series (HT35 / HS35 and HT24 / HS24)

Methods, I expected, that the "test rig on 66V 10Ah lipo with 100A current limit" would need some extra heavy duty dual torque arm setup or so... but i guess then i´m fine with my setup. Thanks for your advice.

    New Crystalyte Motor series (HT35 / HS35 and HT24 / HS24)

Hey methods, would you mind to post a pic of your torque arm installation with this setup. I´m very interested if mine would take that enormous torque. Thanks!

How to fix or prevent wire cut with Crystalyte HS35 motor

Approx 500 km so far. Many hill climbs. 1800W cont. No issues at all. Motor gets warm. Maybe 50°C I´d say it was worth to replace all the wires. No issues with the sensorless Lyen Controller.

    5k euro ($6,850 U.D.) German Tilting Trike

In the front i have Magura Big. But they have to work hard. 20kg Trike/7kg motor/5 kg battery/plus 80kg me. 112kg @ 50 km/h... they do get warm  The rear is just for parking. Also the brake to stop the tilting movement is a mechanical disc brake. The space below the seat looks bigger...

    5k euro ($6,850 U.D.) German Tilting Trike

Finished. Around 50 km/h with 16S A123. The acceleration is crazy. I´m running 2000W now which is well enough. 1500W or even less would still do it. Two flashing 1300 lumen LEDs in the front and back - and i have always enough space on the road

How to fix or prevent wire cut with Crystalyte HS35 motor

Here´s my try to improve the cable problem. First i got new phase cables. Those are silicon glass silk 250°C heat resistant wires. They are a bit thicker than the stock ones. I will use them just inside the motor and in addition i will cover them again with some high temperature heat...

Well... there are enough people who purchase the trike. Good products need no big advertisement. I had to wait almost 4 months for mine to be finished.

Thats the very first version. There have been a lot of improvements in the meanwhile. Carbonfiber seat, no ugly box and new improved rack. ...turn down the volume. The music sucks. http://fn-trike.de/Reinhold/HTM/seite1.html
