    Rayvolt Cruzer upgrades help

Thanks, but main problem is the law, without PAS, I shouldn't ride on public streets, and I got a Vector + Cromotor for that. So I prefer to stay legal or nearly legal and I really need the PAS for that. I also prefer to skip CA or any LCD, to maintain it as clean as possible, that is why I look...

    Rayvolt Cruzer upgrades help

Hi! I recently got a used Rayvolt Cruzer, and I want to improve it with some upgrades. I asked the official store about those parts (mudguard and rear rack) but they asked me about 500€!!! So, I would like some help to avoid that kind of investment in such a bad bike, because it is the coolest...

One Good marketing Plan is all we need

So, this idea was never founded... What a shame, it would be awesome to do a crowdknowledge ebike founded with crowdfounding.

Greentime motor with non standard disc brakes

Well, it seems that 44mm pitch is very common in China, but inexistent out of there. The problems which comes with big motors (50mm magnets) are common when trying to fit them in a standard bike, maybe trying a EEB, Vector or similar frame would help your friend to avoid that part of the...

    Axle adaptor 8mm to 10mm

I haven't seen anything similar in the box, but I will recheck as there is a couple of plastic bags that I haven't yet opened as they are the swifter and other parts... maybe there is an adaptor there! However, in case there is not such part included, it is good to know that they exist. I will...

    Axle adaptor 8mm to 10mm

Maybe I didn't explained my sefl properly. I am trying to fit a internal geared hub in the rear of my Specialized Big Hit 3. I measured that way because it needs to fit in that position so the hub is fixed to the dropouts. The problem is that the hub axle is 8mm (on the flat side) and the...

Greentime motor with non standard disc brakes

Well, I must say I have been retarded trying to solve my problem. Instead of searching for a mini bike disc, searching for 44mm disc brakes on aliexpress or ebay gives me a lot of options, from 140mm to 203mm. @Drunkskunk thank you very much for your help!

Greentime motor with non standard disc brakes

Well, that is somehow a solution, but frock this, really annoying to have to do all that work to simple fit a disc, which should be standard. The distance between holes is a few mm, so it sounds like I should try. Thanks for the idea.

Light, fast and cheap urban commuter.

Hey Marc. Thanks for the link, I will check. I am thinking in doing a comparisson between "small" geared hubs. At the moment I am into the 3kg range, so the Mxus is my prefered pick to achive the lowest total weight: - Mxus XF08 (rear, 250w nominal): 2,7kg - Bafang SWXH (rear, 250W ): 3kg -...

Light, fast and cheap urban commuter.

Yeah, my bad explaining as people in this forum tend to think on 3kw as a normal bike. We can't be street legal in Europe if the motor assists over 25kmh and over 250w. I don't plan to be that legal, but don't need a moto neither. I got a Cromotor running at 6kw (13kw peak) and I will use that...

Light, fast and cheap urban commuter.

Well, I am 90kg, which is near to 200 lbs. I plan to pedal, as I said, nearly legal bike (only the final power will be ilegal), so no thottle, only PAS mode to make it work. Talking about the speed, I should say that "fast" in this proyect would be something near to 40kmh (25mph), because it...

Light, fast and cheap urban commuter.

I am thinking un an urban commuter, based on and old steel frame street bike i bought really cheap (70€). I am thinking in a small rear hub motor (XF08), paired with 6 fet sinewave controller and 14S battery. Some of the objectives are it to be stealth, light and secure to leave on the street...

    Which kickstand for heavy ebikes?

Yeah, in a pure "sport" bike, the kickstand is not a good option, but I use the bike nearly for everything. Even when I ride off-road, I prefer a kickstand, because a bike that heavy is hard to pull from the ground. At home and at work I got a place to put the bike on, but big tyres doesn't fit...
