    I guess I was mainly talking about those DC multi-converters with selectable polarity. I have one but I'm afraid to test it. I think I'd better learn how to test polarity with my multimeter just to be safe. Getting there slowly.

    Heated glove charger to power two lights at the same time.

    I assumed 20A would be far too much. Can you have any amp rating you like as long as its more than the light needs, and the light will take as much as it needs? Or will the charger put its full amp rating into the light and potentially burn it out?
