    No but the wiring was damaged, I repaired the wires and re-insulated but there's a good chance it shorted the sensor. Haven't used the motor since then. Put on my replacement after making sure it still spun and forgot about it

    Can a 500W brushless bafang rear hub motor safely handle 750W?

    Woah!!! I looked up the spec sheet and apparently it can handle 1000w 🤣 I just hooked it up and my top speed is now 45km/h instead of 35km/h 🤯🤯 Apparently this motor is even more powerful than my 750W greenpedel motor if the voltage is high enough... Or maybe it's the switch to a sinewave...

    The boeshield works incredibly well on the interior so long as you give it time to dry before sealing the hub... Days in my experience 😅 I'll take some photos of the finished product when I get home and document the process next time I make a batch

    I flush it all off between applications just to avoid any buildup and the inside of the hub I just use regular boeshield because I don't know enough about the conductivity. It rinses on quite readily given a bit of time and a garden hose and the allantoin and lavender oil help prevent rancidity...

    They're only fastened to eachother using a strip of that silicon tape on each layer ATM, have to be careful lifting them out of the bag. I'll take a look and see if i can't figure out a way to get some bolts holding them together... They've already got screw holes in the hardcases to work with...

    I finally got my pack fully built and running using those 10s2P batteryhookup modem batteries! Samsung 18650 26j cells I used 4 layers of .15ml Nickel Strips for the series connections. The strips were wrapped in this self Adhesive Silicone Electrical Tape prior to spot welding to the packs...
