Eh, no doubt there are costs involved with selling to a military or government that eat a lot of that extra 15. You know how politicians have to get their beak wet to get the budget voted through.

And, the whole, If the price isn't stupid high, the high roller individuals won't touch it. They know their market, they sell supercars.

Probably is the ideal bike for the super rich.
Mentions using carbon fiber so I guess no expense was spared.
I wonder if its electronics continue to work in the event of a nuclear blasts electromagnetic pulse..

I cropped a closer photo of it.

plus it looks like a mid-drive.

i like this quote from the Gizmag article.... 8)

With zero-pedal, full-throttle modes, and speeds exceeding 40 mph (64 km/h), these bikes are in a category all their own. On the road, they're not quite electric bicycles and not quite motorcycles, and on the trail, they're not quite mountain bikes, not quite dirt bikes.

old thread,

"A fully customizable, CNC-machined version of either model will start at €33,333 (US$36,485)." (emphasis added)
Only the military would be stupid enough to pull the trigger and still would need the option to add a gold-plated toilet seat for a saddle.
