Bafang BBSHD secondary gear smoother spinning

Just curious, is it normal that secondary gear does not spin freely, when you spin it with your hand?

It would be interesting to open this packet and make fine tuning, but gear seems to be pressed all together with bearings to outer cover. Or have someone done this, and if so, how.

I think this kind of axle and gear should spin like ten round after you spin it with hand.

I found that rubber hammer could do the job for removing bearing from secondary gear.
Or normal hammer with piece of wood against bearing.

Has anyone tried this?
