Bmsbattery S12SN 72V 40A sine controller worth trying?

After a lot of time fooling around on the ebikes.ca simulator and a lot of time reading here I'll be going to 20s on my 26" rear 2809 9C build soon, I have my 18650 battery build parts ordered and am about to order the cells. I've been dithering for a while over which controller to get, I like the idea of a sine controller for lower noise but there seems to be zero experience on the net with this particular unit. I really wanted to use the Phaserunner FOC controller but with new batteries too it's going to be out of my price range and it's backordered until next year anyway apparently. I may still go with the Phaserunner in the spring but I need something to get me by in the meantime since I don't have a 72V controller and this looks like a fairly low cost option that I can move to another bike later when I get my main ride all done.

I wouldn't mind using the PAS on this so which bmsbattery PAS sensor would be best, the one with the most magnets?

Any input is appreciated.

LCD for the controller.

You can use any PAS. You hardly notice the difference, but it is a case of the more magnets, the better.

You'll need the wheel-speed sensor too.

If you want to pedal, these controllers are really good. There's little advantage if you only want a throttle.

I'd forgotten about the wheel speed sensor thing, I read that a while back but it had slipped my mind, thanks.

In your experience are the bmsbattery sine controllers less noisy than an equivalent trapezoidal converter?
