My surron starts rides perfect but then when I give it a bit too much throttle trying to keep up with the rest of the riders the red switch next to my battery turns off. The whole bike dies and I can’t get it going for around 20 seconds. Is ruining my experience as I’m afraid it will cut out in the wrong time. The switch also turned off when there was no battery in which makes 0 sense
PS bought a £400 battery still same result. Am fuming. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated

Probably need to invest in a better battery. I would expect to spend at least 4 times that.
I have 2 battery’s now that have nothing wrong with them, and where I live that’s how much a battery goes for. I have also placed my friends battery in which is certified never cut out on him and it continued to cut out so that literally eliminates the battery

Good information. A breaker normally doesn't take that long to reset. I'd replace it assuming it's sized correctly for your system. I see a missing screw. Was it replaced at one point?

It could well have been I’ve only had the bike 2/3 weeks. How would I know what size would fit my bike? It’s a 2021
