I've got Nissan Leaf cells which I soldered together to make my battery.
Now am finding some of the solder points on the aluminum tabs are falling off, despite using appropriate flux.

Does anyone know another way of connecting the cells?

My thoughts were using rivets or.. I also have a MOT which I wound for 2.5V and 800 amps.. might be good for tab welding.

Seems like I recall an old A123 pouch pack thread that talked about bolting a contact to the tabs. Happy hunting.

Thanks. I think I found it but didn't look much into it.

Instead I Bought some rivets and tool for them... tried those, but doesn't seem like the rivets would hold things together very tightly.

I also bought small nuts and bolts. Plan now is to bolt a strip of copper (which I cut off a copper pipe that I flattened) to all the aluminum tabs and then solder to that terminal.
