I had to replace jackshaft bearings at least on primary side. There was clearance and under higher power it was clicking.
I went to nearest shop and bought 6001 2rs type.
Primary side - 12x28x8
Secondary side - 14x28x8
After replacement jackshaft is more silent.

I am building battery pack 10s4p from Panasonic 2900.
I was thinking also to replace secondary chain with regular bike or #25.
I have possibility to make custom crank freewheel adapter, will need to measure all those stuff and think about it.

Added 22t chainring. I was able to climb with just 2-3Amps.

hi! how were you able to fit the 22T? there isn't enough space in there...
