thanks for all of you in advance.

What Kind of flatpack do you have.
I hooked the smartpack controller to a 220vdc and a 380vdc Flatpack2 He and there it shows wrong values. I never checked with the 24V Flatpack and I never tried to reconfigure the smartpack controller, because I program mine with a USB-CAN converter.
A year ago I had bought a vertiv controller which was set for a 24V system and this could only be changed with another Firmware, there was no possibility in the controller to "change" it to 48V.

I need to know how to readjust the reading Volts & Current because the controller reading the Amp and the voltage value wrong

Are the displayed values far off?

Are the displayed values far off?
some of them if the real current load is 3Amp they reading 7Amp and for the batteries current 1Amp even I'm not connecting batteries.
but there is two controller they reads 1273 Amp without any load.
I change the ( 3v battery) and clean the compartment of it from the leaked LITHIUM ) but still measuring.
Kind regards
