I don't see how a hub motor could be that light. Unless this motor is like.. absolutely 100% maxed out at 600w and has teeny little magnets.

This kit would cost over $1200.. without a battery :shock:
 
Does anyone know anything about this new design? the production is not done but I am very curious and might buy one if it is as good as they make it sound.

In the past 9 months I've sent emails asking for dealers and or source/price. No answer. VapourWare?

the falco seems to be available as a motor only or in kit form through a link form their website

they should put much more effort to sell this kit, even weight for 1000W kit is not shown. No real world reviews of bike mounted kits.
Close up pictures not showing.
No speeds on 36 inch wheels quoted also.
 
If you are interested in the Falco kit, than I can answer you. I test their first pre-sale kit since couple of months.

The current status is (we learned on the Eurobike a week ago), that they have now a good display on the bike and the iPhone interface is ready. You can adjust a lot of parameters via your phone.

(Just allow me an off-topic remark: I read your forum since quite a long time. I learned a lot form the technology via your community. I would not create an account as my English is not good enough and I can't add value to the discussions; as I'm on the other side: you focus on the technology, my task is the user experience as I sell and use the ebikes.
I used to have account to be able to subscribe to the post, as I don't have enough time to follow every important forum here. And yes, I was banned - without any reason explained. So I created a new account... :(
And now, I have something which you guys in the States (and in Canada, Ypedal ;) ) probably not have yet - so I can add some value to the community. Your english is better than some members for whom english is their native language. You can definitely contribute, because it seems that you have your hands on some of the newer drive systems.

It is for sure asgood as Eplus or even better being 5 phase is forsure even more smooth than 3phase Eplus

not sure if there are any actual reviews of the motors or usability info; you might have to decide that for yoursel fbased on the avaialble info.
