I plan on stacking 4 12p7s a123 m1 modules so that large surface area of nickel is coinciding with another face of another pack. (~7x13 inch area). I understand Garolite is good for this application... (G-10). but what thickness? Do you suggest alternative method or other precautions putting two higher power packs this close to each other?
This is going on a motorcycle and I haven't decide exactly how but intend to compress pack a hair just to keep everything from sloshing around in the enclosure.
cell connections are made with .005" nickel foil. Surfaces will be relatively flat.
