Can anyone help me identify what this torque sensor (I think) bottom bracket is?

Zooming in on the picture I couldn't find anything related to "BikeFun" but it might be manufactured by NCTE (I can see CTE only in the photo).
In any case I might just pull the trigger on it given the price! I've ordered from that site before with no problems - nice source for bike stuff from Holland like Yepp seats.
