I need advice-which hub motor

Ok I have one more question

Is it ok if i dont use inside washer shown in the picture? Because If i use it, than the rim is out of the fork center to the right.
That washer increases the surface area that helps hold the motor on as opposed to just the round axle. You could use a thinner one or dish the wheel with spoke adjustments to recenter it. Do you have v-brakes? If you have a disc a small bit of off center won't matter much. If V-brakes you should try to center the motor wheel.

Oh that is the front wheel and does have a disc. I guess you will have to adjust the spokes for centering. It is like dishing the rear wheel only in the front. You could run it a mm or two off center without a problem.

some progres:
front light alu housing (hi:3x ssc p4, lo:25x 5mm led)
rear light alu housing (6x 5mm led)
power meter alu/carbon housing with hobby king power meter and two switches for lights

Sweet bike!

Your front light alu housing, is that something you made yourself or is it bought? Any more pictures of it?

Doh! Missed that post
Will you run the light on your main batteries or from a smaller pack? will the light housing hold the battery?
Yes please do post more photos when you have it back, it's almost exactly the design I had in mind, but I haven't see anything likes this available. I've been looking for an affordable motorbike headlight to transform but haven't found one with the "right" design yet. Any chance you'd consider making another one? :D

I will run it on a main battery through the control panel (dash board-power meter)where i have two watter resistant switch for hi/lo mode

I have one question for you guys:

I need to install battery wires(2x 10awg) from front to back of the bike. Because I would like to have as clean as possible build iam thinking to bore two hols (10 mm wide) in upper tube of the frame.

What do you think?

Or would be better like this one did(mounted under the tube)

http://www.ev-power.eu/LiFePO4-small-cells/WINA-LiFePO4-Power-3-2V-15Ah-aluminium-case.html

and mount it under the seat in bag like this or something simular:

That is gorgeous work. For balance of the handling in the triangle should work best. It does look a bit better under the seat back. Since that bike has such great curves perhpas you can put it in the triangle and make a larger cover that conforms to the steel tubes in the middle? I'm not a designer either!

None of the above...

No offense but the square chunk seems quite outta place on that bike. Triangle is definitely best weight distro and maybe a cool formed body panel could blend the rectangle into that area of the frame?

Or, maybe a saddlebag arrangement?

ok, new design- chopper bag. Now I must wait for bms:

Just wanted to say that I think your bike is looking most excellent! The bag looks much better but remember, you are going to have to figure a way to secure it so it doesn't bounce and jiggle. Think about building a hard (wood, plastic, mettle) box inside the leather bag so you you have something to attach to. Then you are going to need to make a mount to secure it to your down stays and or seat tube by either drilling and putting in threaded inserts or using clamps.

Keep Posting!

Good looking bike.
The black leather (rounded) battery bag is much nicer than the square box.

some progress was made(I put together battery pack). Now Iam waiting for some alu parts to return from painting and the bike project will be finished

I hope it will work fine. I know three people in my neighborhood who use it every day and they dont have any problem with it. I chose MP3 because I want as clean as possible look.

This is my first (testing)project, my second one will be Ego kit in my full suspension bike
