Yes. It is part of Ebikes.ca "trade dress", color change does not matter.

You will probably need to stop using it and find something different.

Justin Lemire-Elmore holds the copyright to all content on the ebikes.ca site; excepting material used with permission from manufacturers, etc.

That's what I figured. There is tons of uncopyrighted "clip art" out there, but I doubted that the ebike drawing was in there yet. Most clip art is sourced from very old pulblications where the copyright has expired.

There are vast amounts of royalty-free artwork available.

Altering royalty-free clipart is easy and usually within terms of use.

Ripping-off original work and using it to spam, is for lazy shits.
