JK-BMS JK-BD6A24S10P, Strange noise, broken?

My newly bought JK-BMS from Aliexpress makes strange noise (like white noise) right after activation and the noise stayes till deactivation. It is pretty loud too.
Anybody know if that is normal?

Thanks for the Earrape.
Mine doesn't make any noticeable noise.
As for broken... who knows? I would test it first.
