Yo bro found it the trox tips are ( stay sharp brand ) they have a long nose and make taking them apart a breeze. I went to the local hardware store Ghannals and order 12 after buiing the set and they got a gross of without the hole. I said with the secerity hole as I would send you one if they order right. ? They cmae in a pack of troxs tt7 thru tt40. Doc has a good thread on them.
I' right now taking the duds out of my 8 12v packs for my 73v pack. They and match capacity in the parelle string.
When I got my A123's I let the konions sit and they eat the weakest cell in the string. Now triing to see if they still like me. I use the diveders for 10p strings just flip two and four and had all parelle for 4.1v and three seriers for a 12v block to start. Or 10p3s and two togethere for 24v with a 6s balance wire and plug to check but bluck charge.
