Here you are with some info on KU61 controller ...
Here is the original controller wire connection diagram:
http://www.bmsbattery.com/pdf/6Mosfets.pdf
This page has quite good installation instructions:
http://elfkw.at/index.php/en/produkte/umbauanleitung
Everything else seems to wire colour by colour, but for a perfect installation the throttle gas needs to be rewired.
Throttle side - Controller side
Red - red / throttle connector
black - black / throttle connector
white - green/yellow / throttle connector
Green+yellow - Orange / power on connector
Brown - Red / power in ocnnector
There is no override max speed with white wire loop on this one.
There are two pairs not matching the colours:
- cyan/cyan connected to MSP/GND on circuit board, I assume this being automatic study wire
- white/cyan connected to US/HH on the circuit board, I assume this being the speed limiter wire
Anyhow with freeload I could not hear difference in RPM regardless of connecting purple (marked as US on PCB) wire to white/green (marked as HH on PCB).
Would be interested to know how to detect if the speed limiter is on or off ?
