A month later have you gotten a reply?

Yes. For the prototype design at the time with 24ga M19 C5 in stacks of 1 inch bonded with EB-548, in quantities of 100, it would be $109 each. I need 8 of those per motor. Of course the magnetics design has changed twice since then, with the newest iteration to show up this week for testing based on the SCS A36 steel coated with etching primer. Effectively two for $37.76 plus a little primer and some of my time. True, not as good, but for essentially DC magnetics I believe they are a close enough approximation for prototypes.

I'm currently looking at 3D FEM magnetics software to help speed up prototyping design, especially before committing to the magnetic steel option. FEMM only gets you so far.
