LB37 controller help on razor e300

I have swapped out the controller on my razor e300 to a 48v Yi-Yun LB37 controller and it is not working. Would anyone have any wiring diagrams/ideas to make it work. I am powering with 3 4s lipos and the motor is rated for the pwr. The connections are made as per the TNC scooter wiring diagram, but, no go.

Is there a 'lock' set of wires for an on/off function?

There is a Lock set of wires. Do they need to be connected?

I think connected = on.
