I crawled upon on European sites for a change and found http://litrade.de/shop/Ladegeraete-Netzteile/Labornetzteil-MRGN-900-MRNG-900-0-60V-0-60A-900Watt.html
Would this work well as a charger for 16S (LiFePo4)battery with BMS?
Does anyone have experience of the shop or its products?
Price looks attractive in my point of view and power is _enough_ even to test different '500W' motors and controllers in brake bench inside instead of trying to use battery.

at what amperage will you be charging?

!! Achtung !!! im 0-15V Bereich ist der Strom erst ab ca. 4A begrenzbar.
bei 15-30V ab ca 3A
bei 30-60V ab ca. 2A

my german isnt very good but it translates to something like: you cannot limit the current below 4A for 0-15v, below 3A for 15-30v and 2A 30-60v

so if your charging current is below 4A this might not be the charger for your needs

Good point.
The low current is not a problem since I charge the battery currently at 6A anyway.
I'm just looking for a lab power supply instead of basic charger to be able to use the same supply with RC-lipo, LiMn, LiFe and whatnot chemistries as well as with any cell number until 48V nominal.

i have no experience with the supply so cannot comment on the quality, but it seems it has been used as a charger:
