Work has been crazy busy, but we finally got time enough to get 'er on the road!
About 99% done, just have to custom fab a bracket to attach the original chain guard:

Great performance!
I weigh 180 lbs and it carried me with little to no effort up a 5% grade on even the lowest assist level (1) and then flew up this same 5% grade at 18 MPH on the highest assist setting! (5).
it was a bit more work installing it into an american BB (had to use a adapter to Euro style) but well worth it!
