Has anyone found a way to separate these cells from the plastic casing? (Inner)

Last night I fought with one for an hour And only freed 6 cells.

I searched for a clue and only found a pic from Doctorbass. This did not explain the disassembly.

Thanks

If you are talking about the plastic casing that encloses the whole battery pack on the inside, you need to unscrew two security bits before the halves separate. Look in the holes of the pack (at the face where you can see the battery tabs).

I personally just removed all the nickel strips, unscrewed the security bits and separated the halves.

I am assuming you are talking about the battery pack with the large pcb (has some goop on it too).

I will dig up some photos and post.

If yours looks like this (already partly disassembled, didn't have any other photos):

Then you must find the torx security screws (should be the same size as what is used to remove the outer case screws), which are in two of the holes on one of the flat sides.
