I've been using two SunFire V480 server PSUs (220V in, 48V out) in series for my 24S pack in the past... those two in series gave me around 98V (couldnt figure out way of tuning output voltage, apart from increasing it by a fixed 1.5V or so).
Now that I'm stepping up to 32s and thinking of adding on a few PSUs in series to my two existing PSUs.

I was thinking of these:
(model: NPS-700AB)

I read that they have are capable of some voltage adjustment. ... are there any others out there that can adjust output voltage and provide at least 25A?

Yes they are adjustable about 1v maybe u could always play around with resistors and the pins to get more range.
