Small prebuilt series/Parallel connectors

I see these prebuilt connectors on ebay that have no exposed wires just fake deans connectors soldered back to back. I was wondering if anyone had any experience or pictures of the inside. I feel like if they rattled loose depending what the inside looks like thet could short easy.

Edit: new link works.
I havent' seen those, but I would guess tehy probably just soldered the terminals directly to each other, then heatshrinked them, so if they see a flexing load across them they could crack the solder. I doubt anything would short but they could become higher resistance connections and heat up if that happens.
