SVMC7280(M) wiring

Hello,

Does anyone know what does that 4-pin molex connector with orange and brown wires do?
I'm got a bike for repair from my friend. Problem: No output to motor, FET's seems to be ok and can communicate with the controller
with MQCON SVMC PC interface. Tried the hall-test, but motor does not spin. When I spin the wheel by hand, I get rpm's.

That plug goes to the alarm module on my sabvoton. The orange is an ignition input and the brown is a phase wire/ speed signal.
