Wider than normal bottom bracket?

So I keep hitting brick walls here. For my DH Team I was going to run the 3525 but now they are out of stock and Kiwi doesn't have any DH dropouts. So then I think about just doing a mid drive but it appears my lower bracket is wider than normal? I don't see how I could mount a GNG or EGO kit with the width of this thing. This is almost 4 inches wide. See pictures. My other bikes are all about 2 3/4" wide. Not to mention all the suspension brackets down around the BB so I thought I'd just build my own, I have quite a bit of steel fab experience but in order to do a mid drive and run through the gears I need a free wheel front crank set up. I can't find measurements on any of the sites that offer these. If anyone has the cyclone, GNG, EGO, Whizzer, or what/who ever kit could you please tell me how wide these are or where to get a wide one that will work for me? Will any of the crank arms with the threaded freewheel adapter on them fit standard bottom brackets? If I can find one I could have the option of doing a hub motor mid drive with a Clyte or a Mini-monster.

Thanks,

Tom

I don't know the dimensions, but perhaps one of these threads might have your answer?

Believe it or not but I actually already searched but couldn't find an answer to my question. I did however just go deeper into searching for it and came across sick bike parts again and his 206mm bottom bracket. I called Jim to see if that would work with my 100 or 99mm wide BB and he said no. Another brick wall. He then added I could just use his square arms with my BB spindle to which I replied mine is a spline not square. He said bummer but then remembered his supplier accidentally sent him a spline crank arm with the freewheel threads on it. He is sending that to me free of charge with a arm remover tool. I may be in business after all. If this works I'll buy two 44 tooth chain wheels and his heavy duty free wheel. I'll be up and running in no time.

Finally a bit of light in the tunnel.

Thanks for the nudge Amberwolf!

A motivated Tom!

Why don't you buy a hub from elsewhere, somewhere with them 'in stock'? I have a H4060 in my DH Comp and don't regret it.
Not sure where you are, but if you are in Australia maybe Hyena might have one.

While you are waiting for Kiwi's adapters, you can build a battery and enclosure.

Litespeed,
That's a lot wider than any of the bikes I've hacked. I like it. Maybe I've been worrying to much about width for the scratch frame I'm working on. Can you measure the Q on your bike for me? ie The distance between the cranks at the point where the pedals attach. Just measure from the centerline to one pedal axle, rotate 180° and add the centerline to the other pedal, for the clearance between the ends of the cranks. Yours looks like it must be > 150mm. I haven't heard anyone complaining about crank width being too wide on those Giants, and the wider the better AFAIC.
