Hello everyone,

This is my second build (my first was a conversion on my old mountain bike, complete success with that one & had some great times riding it)

I am struggling to get my next build working... A 72v Sabvoton with a QS205 motor, bomber clone frame, 19" motorcycle wheels.

I have connected everything up & successfully completed the hall test, all good, no errors.

I can't seem to get the throttle to operate the motor at all. I have added some pictures of the settings within the MQCON app & I would really appreciate if someone could have a look at them please, is there something that needs changing?

This is the type of throttle that I have..

I have contacted the seller in China who has been a help but there is a long wait for replies sometimes.

Any help would be really appreciated, thank you.

As your throttle is only showing 0.03v I would think your 3 cables are wrong.

Thank you for your response.

I also thought this also but these are the wires that the seller said to connect to.

My electrical knowledge & skill is somewhat limited to say the least.

Either the blue or the green should be in the middle, keep the wheel off the floor when you try it.
pole pair should be 16 me thinks

It works!

The throttle signal wire turned out to be the white wire, not the grey wire.

Thanks Jonno, I will change the pole pair to 16 :thumb:

It's going to be a great Xmas for you then :D

 It's been a long time coming.

I've been buying different bits throughout the year, slowly putting it all together.

Now that it works, I can do the first test ride soon.

I dropped the bloody Sabvoton on my big toe though & I can hardly walk so I might work on some other bits before the first test ride.

Well at least it hasn't tried to spit you off yet :D
