Today i want to show you some photos from my trips with group called themselfs "Wild Students". Wildely enough, there no actual students among them
Some of them became PhD's, some of them are
Masters of Sports in sport tourism. They gather together and have fun between hard-core bike tours. "Thursday rollerblades" - one of the activities i often tag along.
There literaly only one photo i've took in daylight during "Thursday rollerblades" - they gather after working hours, when it's dark in autumns. There it is, one of "Seven sisters", appartement building near Yauza river mouth:
From this point we going to see Moscow outskirts in night colors! The magnificent Elk Island national park, the reign of pine trees, swamps and, of course, elks! One of two paved roads in park, a Bumazhnaya proseka (bumazhnaya means paper, proseka means forestry road, cutting through forest) - old road used to deliver timber to paper mill:
The Wild Students:
Some creepy carved animals. They were not born that way, they've been vandalized through the years:
The Elk pond at night:
The Ursa Major:
The Wild Students (the sign over them means "Walking on ice prohibited"):
But wait a second... what's that noise from other side of pond? Here come the E-E-E-E-E-ELKS!
Wild Students and an elk. Don't try this at home!
An elk itself:
My sincere reaction:
Those signs placed all over the Elk Island. Don't mess with elks!
Another paved road. No known name yet. Airstrip for bicycles:

The Wild Students, Babaevsky pond, Golianovo neighborhood, the Moon and the Mars planet (look at bright dot to 4-o-clock from the Moon):
