Question for Enduro or similar type frames

Hi guys
It seems that a longer chain is needed on these kits with the longer swingarm compared to a regular MTB. What types of chains are you guys running and how many links would be recommended? I can always remove links so the longer the chain the safer for installation.

You would use chain the right width for your rear gears. Widest is single speed chain, then 7 speed gets narrower, then 9.

Number of links depends entirely on what you need, to either tighten a chain, or make a derailleur or tensioner be at the right angle when riding. Too long with a derailleur, tends to make the chain skip because its too slack. Too short would not let the chain go onto the biggest sprockets. With a 27 speed, it may not be possible to use the biggest front, and the biggest rear at the same time.
