So, I've been attempting for about a month now to locate a sprocket that will fit the shaft of the Golden Motor 5kw or the 10kw setup. It's not the hub motor, it's these:
48 Volt 5000 Watt Brushless DC Motor (Golden Motor)
48 Volt 10000 Watt Brushless DC Motor (Golden Motor)
Model: HPM5000B
Volts: 48 volt
Watts: 5000 watts
Speed: 2000 - 6000 rpm
Weight: 24.2 lbs.
Case: Aluminum finned
Length: 5" (126mm)
Case Diameter: 8" (206mm)
Shaft Diameter: 7/8"
Shaft Length: 2"
Keyway Width: 5/16"

At least for the 5kw one, I wanted to locate a sprocket that will fit the shaft of the motor. Where can I find this? I feel I have literally looked everywhere, but it is simply too sophisticated for me. I feel like I have to go get a Masters Degree in engineering to figure this out, but I don't think I should have to do this.
Also, where can I find a 4 inch, possibly 5 inch in total diameter "Flat" sprocket that matches the one that I install on the Golden Motor?
My goal? I'm trying to install an electric motor under the hood of my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. I am trying to turn my truck into a "Mild Hybrid". I am going to mount the motor underneath the hood, with a chain that links to another flat sprocket that bolts ONTO or "IN FRONT" of one of the pulleys of the engine. The electric motor will simply "Assist" the Internal Combustion Engine, but by no means will it ever drive the car. Any ideas where I can find sprockets that will match? I'm lost. Golden Motor is even lost. Has anybody ever found a sprocket for these?
