So I've heard of the dollar bill trick. Wrapping a dollar around the puncture to limp you home. I took a 2" sheetrock screw through both layers. I had a pump, $5, two zip ties and a multi tool. 6 miles left to go.... I tried the bill and it was a no go. Couldn't get pressure.
I thought if I...
Safest way to remove a gear or pulley is with a three jaw "gear puller". Two jaws are okay but threes better.
Or make your own as seen here.

Thought this was the best place to put this since its recent. Two zippy 5s 8000mah packs fit perfectly into the stock a2b downtube battery box.

The clutch is not hard to change if you are mechanically inclined and have the tools needed.

Had that issue on my motor wheel. The torque from the mac was spinning it cutting the valve. I grabbed the wifes hairspray and sprayed inside the tire and around rim before inflating. Stuck like snot and cleans with water. I have used hairspray on bike grips since I was a kid and figured it'd...

I wanted 3/8 cause I was going to make it clamp at the bottom.

Picked up the motor ambroseliao was selling.
I put it on my wifes udk500 cargo bike. Running 57v it pulls 20amps from a stall and tops out at 18-20mph.(need to verify speed on CycleAnalyst reads right, but it feels like 20mph)
While its perfect for my wife it leaves me underwhelmed. Suppose...
With that motor you'll only need one gear 8)
I mix and match shifters without fear. I am currently running a 9spd shifter with a 7spd freewheel and it works great. The guy at the bike shop was appalled by the thought.....
I'm currently setting up the same setup. Hs3540 40amp controller 15s...
You will get both responses here. Half will say its safe to spread the dropout and other half will say its to dangerous. Suppose it comes down to your personal comfort.
There are a couple folks with solar setups, search around.
