12v power pack from 18650 cells

Hi guys, I want to build a 12V pack from 3s or 4s 18650 cells. I want to use the pack for my telescope and mount. What I don't know is what voltage stabilizer to use. From my undestanding the step-up/step-down dc-dc buck converter changes the output voltage if the imput voltage changes. I'm...

DIY MOT spot welder for 18650 cells

I also had some problems with the power supply for the arduino. When I was using 9V it was freezing after a few welds. So I now use a 5V usb power supply.

DIY MOT spot welder for 18650 cells

Hi Marty, Nice welder you are building. That was my plan too, to add a display and a dial and not to use the computer to change the time. But i'm not that good at arduino and the friend that helped me is busy now. Maybe you could share you design because I would like to make it nicer and not...

    PAS wires signals

Hi, It is normal that from the controller on the PAS signal wire to have +5V? When I connect the PAS sensor the voltage drops to +1.7V and the controller is not running. I have a problem with this controller wich dose not want to work on PAS.

    Power controller 24/36V

Yes, is running ok. Not as fast as with a 36V battery but it spins. With weight on the bike it has no power to move forward, with no weight on the bike it moves forward. What I'm missing is the torque.

    Power controller 24/36V

With me on the bike and full throttle the bike is not moving. That low the power is. The wheel is 20" and the battery voltage is about 26V. I can make some changes or I have to buy other controller?

    Power controller 24/36V

Hi, I have a controller that works on 24V and 36V. I have a bike with 24V battery but when I connect it to the controller I don't have enough power. On a 36V battery works perfect. How can I make the controller to work with the 24V battery? It has the learning wire but I don't know how to...

BionX SL 250 HT RR XL battery pack - cells replacement

I return with news. The battery works perfectly. From the first time. So you can change the cells for this type of battery. One thing you have to take in to account. At the reassembly i managed to snap a SMD from the board. I don't know how. So you have to take a lot of care when you...

    Controller schematics, help!

You are right. You guessed well all the connected wires. This controller was from an electric scooter that had a motor with a single sprocket. I did some measurement today and the blue wires have +5 volts between them. And they go to a plug that splits in two separate cables each one single...
