I've got a thread on these wheels. It seems the plastic core of these wheels don't hold up to well. In my case the area around the bearing developed stress cracks and where the bolts slot thru the wheel developed cracks. Not too sure what came first. Chunks of plastic was missing. Perhaps...

Glad to see it worked out. Looks like I bent mine a little more than yours. With mine I was trying to duplicate the HKGT2B's trigger opening.

I also had a problem with the trigger being too small. My solution was to take apart the remote, remove the trigger assembly, use a heat gun to soften the trigger and widen the opening. Only bend and reshape the outer arm on the trigger.

Looks like there are cracks at the base of the spokes that run all the way from the front to back of the wheel. The area around where the wheel bearing sits has broken off in some places just below the spoke area on both the front and back. I wonder if running a 15mm pulley/belt places a bigger...

Wish I knew that before starting my build. Got to check the forum more often. I know what you mean about adjusting that tire. It was pure frustration. I suppose there was a reason why SKIKE stopped making those wheels. I do have some wheels (pneumatic) coming from Psychotiller, hopefully soon.

I really don't know what happened. I do monitor the cells from time to time during charging and after charging. All cells seem fine. My LV cut-off is set at 3.4v. That particular ride was nothing stressful as far as a lot of hills or going full throttle. The DROK volt meter display showed 33.8V...

Got my hands on some Boosted drive wheels. Can someone confirm that it uses a 3mm pitch belt? Does anyone know where I can get a motor pulley assuming its a 3mm pitch? Looked on SDi and cant seem to locate a 3mm htd, 2 flange, 8mm bore pulley.
