    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I'm thinking of replacing the MCU inside this dead 850c I have with the larger flash memory version (I tried flashing with latest firmware and it's bricked). Any thoughts out there on whether this will work or not? PCB compatibility issues? This is the most recent compiled for the 850c as we...

    TSDZ2 - can I use 850C with OSF?

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

We want to get the various metrics out in real time at least. Voltage, current, speed, etc. We notice the historical data graphed and wonder if it's best to query the display, if possible, every few minutes. The destination is a linux box, raspberryPi or similar, for posting data to the net.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hello, Anyone got any ideas on how to extract data from the 860c display? Project name: CyberTrike (I.C.E. Trike fitted with TSDZ2 running OSF). Thanks in advance. Dan

Bafang 850C color LCD, currently working for TSDZ2 motor -- Flexible OpenSource firmware

No! I confirmed the 850C doesn't have enough flash memory and posted an issue to the github repo. Maybe a reduced feature set version would enable the 850C to be used again.

    TSDZ2 OSF for all displays, VLCD5-VLCD6-XH18, LCD3, 860C-850C-SW102.

I've posted an issue regarding what I think is a flash size limitation of the recent 850c model display. https://github.com/emmebrusa/TSDZ2-Smart-EBike-860C/issues/4

Bafang 850C color LCD, currently working for TSDZ2 motor -- Flexible OpenSource firmware

I tried flashing my 850C bought last week and it reached ~85% before failing. I think it's a flash size issue. Anyone else with this problem? I think it's going to be an issue for 850C from now on if they're using cheaper chips with less flash memory. Assuming it's a 256k I have, any idea if...

    Bafang, intermittent power issue.

This is a BBS02 bought 3 years ago. I believe it's the *B version. The main reduction gear was packed with grease and that caused the nylon gear to fail, which has since been replaced. The Intermittent fault is, an occasional loss of power combined with a 'cogging' effect at low RPM. The...

    Tongsheng Y Splitter. Lights. Pinout?

Green was the lighting connection. Orange was GND. Unusual colour choice. img source: https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=93818&start=2525#p1476902

    Tongsheng Y Splitter. Lights. Pinout?

I ordered a tongsheng kit, installed and all's good, next I want to add lights. I received one of these with the kit: What is the pinout for this Y splitter? One of the pins must be the 6V lighting connection. I consider getting a 'speed sensor extension cable' to run the cable and have a...

freehub body - how to change?

Vendor says it's a standard size. Because of the chunky axle standard freehubs can't be used. I think this would involve a hydraulic press to move the bearing components over to a 7 speed freehub shell, which is much more faffery than i'm prepared for :/

freehub body - how to change?

Hi folks, I've had a look around the forum and seen some related material to what i'm looking for.. but not quite.. Me and a friend have an 8 speed freehub and cassette on a 250W hub motor from Saili Motor that we need to change for a smaller freehub and 6 or 7 speed cassette, this is to get...
