    Nanjing far driver controllers

You only need an email and 2 minutes to register. Type in your email and press get. After a few seconds you should receive a code, type that in to the second field and hit register or whatever the button is called and you're done.

    Help

It's always easier for me to identify a controller pinout from the wire ends rather than the PCB board. If you could snap a few pics of the wires I may be able to help.

    apt 98600 built in precharge?

To me, it looks like those are external components, since the schematic says DC in after the relay. Switch Battery+ to the B1 terminal and B- to the DC- on the controller, this will precharge the capacitors, you can make sure by measuring the DC+ with a multimeter. Once you see battery voltage...

Kelly controller stopping wheel when throttle applied? Help....solved!!!

The manual describes most settings. https://media.kellycontroller.com/new/Kelly-KLS-HUserManualV1.2-100G-13.pdf or click on spoiler to show a snippet I took from the manual.

Kelly controller stopping wheel when throttle applied? Help....solved!!!

That makes no sense to me, as this value is usually 0 unless you use zero throttle regen.

Kelly controller stopping wheel when throttle applied? Help....solved!!!

There are 2 things I would try in this case: Raise Speed err limit to 2000 or more. Try the hall learning procedure again.

kWeld - "Next level" DIY battery spot welder

Maybe recalibrate the resistance and wire length like when you first bought it. 🧐

DALY BMS Teardown & Failure Review (16S 40A)

I've used these newer and smaller JBD BMS without issue. The fully populated one can do 130A without getting hot, so one of these MOSFETs can easily handle 20A continuous.

    Grinding noise in hub motor

I'm pretty sure the hall sensors get soldered directly to the board. The sensors themselves go in the stator gap. The hard part is adding the wires for the halls.

    Grinding noise in hub motor

I'm somewhat confused to be honest. If the motor was running sensorless from the start, was it ever quiet to begin with? The controllers that I've seen do sensorless sine wave are mostly VESC based.

    Grinding noise in hub motor

Another thing to check would be the voltage to that PCB. It could just be a break in the wiring harness.

    Grinding noise in hub motor

You need to remove that green PCB. It might have surface mount hall sensors that aren't visible from the back of the board.

https://rjxzstech.com/common/down/name/61e237530feb3.apk.html Here is the older version that has all settings unlocked. This link will download the APK file directly. Just tap on the APK file from the download list to install it. It will probably tell you that side loading apps from the browser...

Xoiaoxiang BMS Android app in the Play store doesn't have cell balancing

The Playstore version does show the individual cells, just scroll down on the main screen. It may take a few seconds for them to show up.
