I love to see new motors, but I find these very integrated motors to be bad for the customer. A hub motor or a bafang can be removed and easily swapped. These motors (bosch, panasonic, etc) depend heavily on the vendor to provide support. I don't see an advantage for us in this type of design...

I say BBSHD with smallest chain ring 30T. As far as battery, Dolphin case is perfect get the most capacity you can afford, and 52v is ideal. BBSHD will make it easier because it already has gear sensor included with it, so it's easier to use for your wife.
